NGO KOHA in cooperation with its partner Radio Alba, in order to strengthen public participation in the sessions of the Municipality of Klina, citizens and village representatives were informed through the radio held a debate with representatives of NGOs
Radio Debate on the level of communication between the Municipality of Klina and its citizens. Part of the discussion panel were the former chairman of the municipal assembly, Mr. Haxhi Ibishi; the executive director of NGO KOHA, Mr. Labinot Krasniqi; and professor and active citizen, Mr. Rexhë Morina. During the debate, the participants discussed about the lack of transparency and accountability of the municipality. The debate was fruitful in raising questions as what could have been done differently.
