Open Data Kosovo attended the Data Science Conference 4.0. held on September 18-19, 2018, in Hyatt Regency in Belgrade, Serbia. 1000 Data Scientists and Data Enthusiasts from all across Southeastern and Central Europe were present.
Blerina Ramaj from Open Data Kosovo, presented the results of the Regional Openness Index for 2017 of the Accountability, Technology and Institutional Openness Network in SEE. A deeper look was presented on Open Data Kosovo’s newest platform with the Municipality of Prishtina – Open Contracts.
The mission of this conference is to promote Data Science in Southeastern Europe, to foster networking and education in the community and help Data Science ecosystem develop itself, which goes in line with the mission of ActionSEE in general.
