New Order published the policy paper for the improvement of citizens participation in decision making process on the local level.
The aim is to provide a greater level of citizen involvement in the policy-making process at the local level and to increase the accountability of officials during election campaigning as well as during the term of office.
The proposal also aims to increase the transparency of decision-making.
