As part of Accountability, Technology and Institutional Openness Network in SEE Project, we have published the Executive Power Openness in Kosovo and the Region for the year 2018.
The executive authorities in the region meet on average 48.41% of openness criteria. There has been slight improvement, but not as satisfactory.
During the measurement for the year 2018, the Executive Power Institutions of Kosovo scored an overall of 49% of set indicators on openness which is a tie with Albania, where both countries share the second place in the Western Balkans.
