“Our commitment to the promotion of the openness of institutions does not cease, and therefore, as I have already mentioned, we continue to monitor institutions and their openness with a focus on the executive institutions and the parliaments, through an improved Openness Index methodology.
The monitoring is already underway and will continue until the end of March 2020. Regionally, the monitoring of institutional openness through the Openness Index also continues in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.” – states Mila Josifovska from Metamorphosis Foundation.
