Psychologist, researcher and project assistant at Metamorphosis Foundation. Involved in all research activities of the Foundation, he applies his research background in marketing and data analytics to projects like ACTION SEE – Accountability, Technology and Institutional Openness Network in SEE, D.A.T.A. – Data Analytics for Transparency and Accountability, and many others. Professional interest and involvement mainly in the field of methodology, statistics, research instruments, as well as opportunities for using new technologies in research. - Liljana Pecova – Ilieska
MA in philology. She is a project coordinator with special regard to good governance issues, transparency, accountability and openness of the institutions. Previously, she worked for many years at the Ministry of Interior and the Directorate for Personal Data Protection, where she was a part of the expert working group within the National Intersectoral Body for Human Rights Protection. She has also authored number of research papers on personal data protection, with focus on drafting strategic documents and communication plans. She consists the privacy protection community with special focus on the “security and surveillance sector”. - Martin Todevski
A master in electronics and Information technologies. He has broad professional experience in the field of e-Government and public administration reforms. Besides being part of many eGovernment and PAR projects, he was involved in several strategic eGovernment and PAR policies, such as the drafting of the National e-Government Strategy, drafting of the Law on Electronic Management and its bylaws, coordinating the implementation of the Action Plan of the Public Administration Reform Strategy. He was the author of the “Quality Barometer” Methodology, and he was a Quality Manager for ISO 9001. He has also focused on projects in the field of e-Inclusion and was author of the National e-Inclusion Strategy 2011 – 2014.Martin Todevski was Liaison Officer for Macedonia in the Regional School of Public Administration ReSPA, located in Montenegro, where he was involved in a 5 year period in supporting ReSPA in organizing training events, facilitating expert working groups and share of information and knowledge between the member countries of ReSPA. He is certified project manager PRINCE 2 practitioner and certified trainer, coach and assessor in quality management standards for public administration – CAF. Also, he has participated on many trainings and study visits on management, communication skills, information technologies, public administration policies and e-Government policies. - Mila Josifovska Danilovska
A Bachelor in English language and literature at the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius – Skopje, with 8 years of working experience in the civil sector and a special contribution in the field of youth work and volunteering. She joined the team of the Foundation Metamorphosis in May 2019 as a project coordinator of the project ACTION SEE – Accountability, Technology and Institutional Openness Network in the South East Europe region. Her previous work experience is based on working with youth and on European projects as part of the Executive Board of the Association Center for Intercultural Dialogue and capacity building of youth and youth workers as a trainer on topics related to non-formal education, youth work, volunteering and social inclusion. - Elena Stojanovska
She holds a master’s degree in communications and has extensive experience in the area of privacy protection. Between 2005 and 2014, she worked as an international cooperation and public relations advisor at the Directorate for Personal Data Protection, and since then she has been working as an analyst and a researcher in the field of personal data protection. Apart from the right of privacy, her fields of interest are media regulation and information and communication theories.In 2016 she joined Metamorphosis Foundation as a grants coordinator in the USAID Civic Engagement Project. - Elida Zylbeari
Elida Zylbeari holds a bachelor degree in Communication sciences. Enrolled in SEE University in Skopje, currently she is obtaining master’s degree on Diplomacy. Works at Metamorphosis Foundation as project coordinator on projects related to freedom of speech and projects related to strengthening media in North Macedonia. Journalist and editor of several dailies. Journalist, correspondent from Athens, editor in chief of Nova Makedonija daily (1982 – 1998 and 2008 – 2012), editor in chief of Vreme and editor of Nedelno Vreme (2004 – 2008), editor in chief of Dnevnik (2012 – 2014). Public relations coordinator in USAID Decentralization Project in North Macedonia (2001 – 2004) and public relations coordinator at the World Bank in North Macedonia (1998 – 2001). Project coordinator at the Metamorphosis Foundation and a journalist based in Skopje with experience as a reporter for print and electronic media. He works mainly on Good governance projects, open data related projects and data analysis and visualizations. Goran was a Professional Development Year fellow in 2011/2012 studying data journalism, precision journalism and online media at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, ASU, Phoenix, Arizona. He holds a bachelor degree in journalism from the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.
