Milica Kovačević is the President of the Center for Democratic Transition (CDT). She has been active in civil society organizations for almost two decades, and she joined CDT in 2001. Her expertise includes elections, parliamentary development, political and security integration, institutional capacity development, civic participation, campaigns and communications. As trainer and consultant she worked with many NGOs and civic groups in Western Balkans, Eurasia and Middle East, helping them to develop strategic goals and plans, design civic actions and campaigns, build partnerships and contact internal reforms.

Biljana Papović works in CDT, as Deputy Executive Director. Her engagement in NGO started in 2007, as project manager, and in following years she started professional development in financial management. She attended number of trainings in the area of financial Management and administration, provided by USAID NDI, EU, etc. From 2010 she started working as trainer, providing lectures for CSOs in montenegro and region on Organisational management, HR management, Strategies for organizational growth, Policies & procedures manual, Establishment of strong financial management policies & procedures, etc. For the training purpose and work as CFO she developed financial software and templates for financial management of the projects.

Milica Bogdanović is a Montenegrin journalist. She is currently working in Montenegrin NGO Center for Democratic Transition (CDT) as journalist-researcher and editor of CDT portal. Previously Milica worked in the political newsroom of independent daily Vijesti and at Vijesti online portal. She reports about important political and economical topics such as transparency and accountability of state institutions and state officials. Also, she is focused on the topics about financing of political parties as well as spending public money. In 2015 she has received EU award for Investigative journalism for her research “Money and political parties”.  She has experience in radio journalism, and has participated in several seminars, trainings and conferences in the field of investigative journalism and new media (such as Deutsche Welle, Deutsche Journalistenschule, Thompson Reuters…). She completed undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Podgorica, Department of Journalism.
